Zerimar is Ramirez, my maiden name, spelled backwards. Crazy, right?! Everyone just calls me ZZ. Except for my amazing husband, Carlos. He calls me "Boo Boo".  I was born in Wiesbaden, Germany into and Army family. We moved to Sanford, Florida when I was ten. I say that I grew up in church, but church didn't really grow in me. Thankfully, God had other plans. At the age of 21 I encountered the love of Jesus and became a believer! I attended and graduated from Resound School of Ministry in Orlando, Florida. 

This included the house prayer (worship and intercession), Resound Church, community outreaches and mission trips, reading, hearing, preaching, praying and singing the word, then going out, and doing the word!

In January of 2013, I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer. I was facing drug therapy, surgery and radiation treatments, just 7 months before my wedding. God intervened and saved my life, although I lost my womb in the process. What I believed was being tested and I came out with a deeper revelation of the love of God.

The music I have created is from that rich history in the Lord. He has given me a unique sound that will break bondages of oppression and bring deliverance and healing! My desire is for others to encounter Jesus as He truly is and then they will know who they truly are! I believe we are all battle axes in the hand of the Lord!

My Husband and I are the Associate Pastors at Do The Word Ministries in Kissimmee, Florida. We are blessed to have such a wonderful community. When we aren't in Kissimmee with our spiritual family, we are with our Shepador puppy, Luna, in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, where we live.
